Yes. Should do.

I think they may get fed up with me though, I reported one last wekend
for broadcasting on 96.6 and interfering with Radio Kent fro Wrotham
(96.7)!

It certainly is a big problem. As well as the RSLs the pirates tend to
use channels allocated to stations just outside London, such as BBC 3CR
from Zouches Farm (103.8) or BBC R Kent from Wrotham (96.7), as well as
others.

If you have not already done so, look at

www.radio.gov.uk/document/misc/vhfreplan/index.htm

which discusses possible conditions for introducing more FM stations in
the UK by reducing the allowable dBs of protection between co and
adjacent channel services. The paper contains case studies of two
metro areas, Greater London and West Yorkshire.
