Hannah Byrom has announced her upcoming departure from mornings at Cumulus
Medias Cat Country 96 WCTO Easton/Allentown PA and 107.1 WWYY Belivdere NJ.

Byrom joined WCTO in October 2019. She began her career as part of Westwood
Ones Zach Sang The Gang and has since co-hosted mornings at Country 102.5
WKLB Boston, CHR Live 95.5 KBFF Portland, middays at CHR 94.5 WPST Trenton,
and weekends/fill-ins at WNSH and WPLJ New York.

Byrom indicates she will be relocating to Nashville but is unsure what the
next step of my career will be.

Alpha Media has announced the appointment of Zoe Burdine-Fly as Regional
President overseeing thirteen markets including Amarillo, Bakersfield,
Lincoln and Topeka.

Burdine-Fly joins Alpha from Townsquare Media where she most recently has
been based in Lansing MI as Market President/Director of Sales. She has
also served as General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Chicago, RVP/Market
Manager for Townsquare Medias multiple New Jersey markets, and Director of
Sales and then Market Manager of Townsquares Flint MI cluster.

Alpha Media (the “Company”), a leading mid-market broadcaster operating
radio stations across 44 markets in the United States, today announced the
appointment of Zoe Burdine-Fly as Regional President, effective November 1,
2021.

Ms. Burdine-Fly joins Alpha Media’s leadership team from Townsquare Media.
In her role with Alpha Media, she will oversee the operations, talent
management and the strategic growth of 13 Alpha Media markets, including
Amarillo, Bakersfield, Lincoln and Topeka. Ms. Burdine-Fly will play a key

Ritmo Broadcasting has launched a second Spanish language brand in New
Jersey.

1460 WIFI Florence/92.9 W225DJ Burlington have flipped to Spanish AC Amor
92.9. Those stations had been simulcasting Spanish Tropical Ritmo-FM with
98.5 W253DG Trenton and 104.1 W281CL Cherry Hill. W225DJ holds a CP to
relocate to the tower of 94.5 WPST Trenton where it will better cover that
city and Bucks County PA.

With the flip of WIFI, W253DG/W281CLs programming is now originating on
Beasley Medias 97.5 WPEN-HD3 Burlington.

98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich To Enter Regional Syndication

Beasley Media Groups 98.5 The Sports Hub WBZ-FM Boston has announced that
its Toucher Rich will enter regional syndication on Monday, October 25.

The show will be made available to stations in New England to create a
daypart competitor to the regional network of stations carrying programming
from Audacys 93.7 WEEI-FM.

No launch affiliates were announced.

Beasley Broadcast Group announces Toucher Rich, the Marconi Award winning
morning show on 98.5 The Sports Hub, will officially debut in syndication
beginning on Monday, October 25th.

The duo is the #1 ranked morning show in Boston, featuring Fred Toucher and
Rich Shertenlieb, along with Jon Wallach. The program recently celebrated
12 years on 98.5 The Sports Hub as the dominant program for Male and Adult
audiences 25-54.

“Being syndicated has always been a career goal and I am very excited to
start this new challenge,” said Toucher. Rich added, “I couldn’t be more
excited to launch Toucher Rich into syndication. Our listeners have always

Audacy Acquires WideOrbit's Streaming Technology

Audacy has announced it has acquired an exclusive, perpetual license to
WideOrbit’s digital audio streaming technology and its related assets and
operations of WO Streaming.

Audacy will rebrand the platform to AmperWave with the entire WO Streaming
team joining the company. The backend technology will help to power the
streaming backend of Audacys app and streaming platform.

The acquisition follows Audacy issuing $45 million in notes for completing
a small digital acquisition for approximately $40 million.

Audacy, Inc. (NYSE: AUD) today announced the acquisition of an exclusive,
perpetual license to WideOrbit’s digital audio streaming technology and the
related assets and operations of WO Streaming. This acquisition gives
Audacy control of its product roadmap to deliver enhanced consumer-facing

Stonecom Launches Highway 111 Country & Sports Radio 104.7

Stonecom has launched two new stations in its Cookeville TN cluster with
the launch of Classic Country 96.9 Highway 111 Country WUCH Algood and
SportsRadio 104.7 W284DR Cookeville/106.9 WKXD-HD3 Monterey.

WUCH is the former 104.7 WLIV-FM Monterey as it completed its move into
Clarksville. The station launched in mid-September playing Country hits
from the 80s through early 10s, but emphasizing the 1990s with core artists
including Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Brooks and Dunn, George Strait and
Alan Jackson.

The new Sports station debuted on October 14 and will feature Fox Sports
Radios Dan Patrick Show plus Rich Eisen from 11am to 2pm, Outkick.coms
Outkick 360 hosted by Jonathan Hutton, Chad Withrow, and Paul Kuharsky from
2-5pm, and the final hour of the Paul Finebaum Show from 5-6pm. Finebaums
first two hours will continue to air on sister News Talk 94.1 1600 WUCT
Algood/94.1 W231DG Cookeville from 3-5pm.

W284DR will also carry local high school games, University of Tennessee
womens basketball, SEC football games, national NFL games, and mid-week
Memphis Grizzlies basketball games.


Sports fans across the Upper Cumberland now have a place to hear the
biggest games and a place to talk about them – Sports Radio 104.7.

The brand-new station became the eighth member of the Stonecom Family
Thursday morning. The station is available on 104.7 FM and for those with
HD radios at 106-9 HD3.

“We know sports fans in this area are passionate about our local teams,”
Stonecom

President and General Manager Larry Stone. “During all the years doing
Titans Caravan stops in Cookeville and Crossville, I saw that first-hand.
It’s Big Orange Country with a huge love of everything orange. We love our

The station will be the home to some of the biggest names in sports
including the Upper Cumberland’s own Jonathan Hutton. The Warren
County-native co-hosts Outkick 360, afternoons 2-5 p.m. on Sports Radio
104.7. Hutton has become one of Nashville’s brightest young sports
reporters.

Hutton will join Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen on the daytime schedule. Sports
Radio 104.7 will also present the final hour of Paul Finebaum’s daily show
each weekday at 5pm. The show airs on News Talk 94.1 weekdays from 3-5 p.m.

Sports Radio 104.7 will also be the home to the biggest games in sports
featuring the return of SEC Saturday, an all-day college football event
each week. The station will present NFL’s Sunday, Monday and Thursday night
football as well as Sunday doubleheaders. Mid-week Memphis Grizzlies games
will be part of the station, as well as Hoops Madness games of the week and
the NCAA Basketball Tournament.

The station will also be the exclusive home of Sparta’s own Kellie Harper
and the Lady Vols when the hoops season kicks off in weeks.

“We also look forward to launching more local high school programming and
updates as part of UC Sports Nation,” Stone said. “This will be a real
sports station combining the best of local, state and national coverage.”

That includes Doug Mathews’ Big Orange Sunday which will air each Sunday
morning, Titans Tonight featuring the Voice of the Titans Mike Keith each
Wednesday and Big Orange Hotline featuring the Voice of the Vols Bob
Kesling each Tuesday.

Sports Radio 104.7 joins 96-9 Highway 111 Country as new stations launched
in the last three weeks. Highway 111 Country features the true country
songs of the 1990s as well as true country of the 80s, 00s, and 10s from
Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Brooks and Dunn, George Strait and Alan
Jackson. “If it ain’t country, we don’t play it on 96-9 Highway 111
Country,” said a statement by the station.

Stonecom also operates 93-3 The Dawg, News Talk 94.1/AM 1600, Lite Rock
95.9, Rock 93-7, 106-9 Kicks Country and 920/101.9 WLIV. The company also
serves Upper Cumberland high school athletes through UCSportsNation.Com.

Townsquare Media Appoints Jim Kovacik As Victoria TX Director of Content

Townsquare Media has announced the appointment of Jim Kovacik as Director
of Content for their four stations in Victoria TX.

Kovacik is best known for his 30 year run at Radio One Hip Hop 97.9 The Box
KBXX as morning show producer and co-host under the names Jimbo and Jim
Beazy from 1991 to 2020. Kovacik also served as Director of Public Affairs
from 1991 to 1997 and Creative Services Director at KBXX from 1998 to 2011.

Kovacik succeeds Wes Adams following Adams move to the companys Grand
Junction CO cluster.

Townsquare Media Victoria, TX announced today that Jim Kovacik has been
named Director of Content of the Company’s Victoria stations (Country
KIXS-FM, Top 40 KQVT-FM, Classic Rock KLUB-FM, and Jack FM KTXN-FM). He
replaces Wes Adams, who was promoted to Director of Content for the
Company’s Grand Junction, CO stations.

Market President Mason Benitez said, Jim is an energetic, multi-talented,
forward-thinking pro. I had the pleasure of working with him in Houston and
