Well, Todd...Once again, you've opened your mouth and made a
complete idiot out of yourself.
The FCC has not been archiving "TechPlus" licenses for a while
now. Any Technician class licensee who has (1) A CSCE from an approved
VEC attesting to completion of Element 1, or (2) A copy of a previously
held "coded" license (regardless of when) may exercise the privileges
of a "Tech Plus" without further FCC administrative requirement or
documentation.
A CSCE held for the purposes of documenting Element 1 completion
and exercising of "Tech Plus" privileges remains in force in
perpetuity.
A CSCE intended for upgrade purposes remains valid only for 1
year.
Do you have any other topics in which you are woefully
ill-prepared to discuss that you'd like to make stupid assertions
about?

Get a vanity call N9OGI Obsessed Gay Idiot...go learn the rules idiot.
For all you know I did the general theory, which was required before
there were tech and tech plus license's, which, if I desired, would be a
free upgrade by just filling out some paperwork. But you would still be
a lying gay idiot toad.
The bottom line idiot was and still is,
(1) where on my license does it say it's a no code license?
(2) If having a higher class license makes you better then me, then
Steve, Dave, Dee Dee, and Dan all have a higher class license then you,
so I guess that makes us both peons! But you're still a gay idiot!
Have a happy :)

So my lower class license makes me a cb'er? Never owned or operated one
toad. You're wrong, the tech license used to be the general theory with
only 5 wpm code, so the license would say Technician. When they dropped
the code requirement to 5 wpm, all that was required of a tech licensed
prior to, I think it was 1987, could upgrade to general with just some
paperwork. So see toad, you're talking out the side of your face and you
don't know what the hell you are saying! So my being first licensed in
1984 make me have more time the you the illiterate idiot! Hmm, That
makes you the gay porno queen cb'er pirate parrot.
You're such an idiot toad, I told you my class of license, you didn't
figure it out on your own.
So toad, I've been licensed longer then you and have the same theory as
you, I have more education then you'll ever have, from a university, not
the Gaylorville certificate club.
In YOUR opinion, that makes you the illegal cb'er.
Any more lies to make you feel superior?
BTW, how's the boys down at the flower shop? Did you ever wonder how I
found out that you hung out there? When are your FBI buddies getting
back to you, soon I hope!

But you ARE gay, Todd.
It's not "venting", "angry" or "frusration" if it's true.
> Todd ODochartaigh N9OGL
There's no FCC licensee named "Todd O'Dochartaigh" in the FCC
database.
> THE N9OGL SHOW
There's all the proof I need that you're not running a "bulletin
station".
Steve, K4YZ
Todd, you are anything BUT "humble".
Loud mouthed...profane...functionally illiterate...
But NOT "humble"...

What? What are you asking, Todd?
And hot flash, hot rod...A "bulletin" >>IS<< "news"...
If it's not, then you're broadcasting.
> Todd O'Dochartaigh N9OGL
There's no person named "Todd O'Dochartaigh" in the FCC database.
So why are you lying about your identity?
> THE N9OGL SHOW
Is it a "show" or a bulletin"...???
Steve, K4YZ
Ok toad, Last time, read very slowly. Yes the general was 13 wpm, but in
the late 80's there were no tech/no code, at that time the tech was, now
take a deep breath, General theory but the novice code of 5 wpm. Got it
so far? In the 90's the Tech test was lightened. You're right again, it
wasn't until recently that the rules were changed to 5wpm for all
license classes. Now read really slow, when the code requirement was
lowered, the Tech's that had taken the general theory but only had the 5
wpm code were grand fathered into Generals, if they filed the paperwork,
this was because they had passed all the requirements to be a general.
So you know how you type in caps with all the profane language?
*()%^###$%^###$%^ @#%*&(**(^%%#$.
Get it yet idiot? Just because somebody is a Tech today doesn't mean
they are no code. So now that I have pointed out that you are stupid and
a liar again, I'm done with you, you are too lame to understand and too
gay to care!
I've had my license longer then you and I've had more education then
you'll ever have. Taking a course at a collage isn't the same as a
degree, and you'll always be the GAY ILLITERATE IDIOT.
There is no arguing with an idiot like you, your mind is so small that
it's closed to any real facts, you don't know what reality is and you
lie all the time. You can't afford an apartment, you can't afford a
windows machine you aren't an appliance operator, but you have the best
home built station that money can buy? What an idiot.
You've never answered 1 question toad, all you do is turn everything
upside down and echo statements of other people, you don't have a
thought of your own!
Be watching for me, coming to a town near you very soon!:)

You are a moron toddie boy, to get the tech one has to take the general
theory test, the differnce was that code.
You mean 'you haven't *done* your 5 WPM". Go learn how to use English
little boy.
> if you did the general theory it would say general
You're mistaken.
The original Technician written examination, up until 1981 if memory serves, was
the exact same test as the General written examination. If you passed the
written and 13WPM you became a General --- if you passed 5WPM you became a
Technician. If you failed the code test you came back in 30 days and took the
whole thing over again, with no credit for having passed the written.
Life's a bitch and then you die and they give all your toys away.

de Hans, K0HB
No-Code : Written Exam (No code was introducted in 1991)
Novice : written exam and a 5 wpm
Technician : written exam
General : written exam, 13WPM
Advance Class: written exam
Extra Class: written exam, 20WPM
Recently they changed that and is followed
No code: No change
General: 5WPM and written exam (if you have taken your 5WPM all you had
to do is take the written exam for the general and your grandfather in)
If KC8GXW was a general (Ie had taken his written exam for his general)
then the FCC database would say Technician it would say general. The
fact is the FCC database says he is a old technician,
Todd N9OGL
Technician licenses granted before March 21, 1987.

I didn't say I was a general, that's why I told you to read real slow. I
said that I had to take the General theory in the early 80's but I
didn't do 13 wpm code so I only got Tech. So you are wrong about the
know code.
So Toad, can you say you were wrong? We aren't talking about 1991.
Besides, what's an ex stock boy from Wally world know anyway!
All such a very old Tech licensee would have to do to
upgrade to "general" was to show a VE his old license.
It wasn't automatic, as the FCC didn't keep records
that far back before 1987 (when they stopped having
the general written test for techs). Later the FCC
dropped the code for techs.
I was such a very old tech, and I decided to lock in my
new privs by doing the upgrade. While I was at it
I took and passed 4A and 4B (this was a few months
before the restructuring rules were to kick in but
after they announced it), held onto the CSCEs and
cashed them in at a special VE session held early
morning Restructuring day. I was in the FCC data
base the next week as a newly minted extra. Oddly
enough, in those stats someone posts here from time to time,
I'd be included as an old extra as I was in the database
before his cutoff date of May 2000. (Oh, if you look
up my call at the FCC web site, you'll find a Dec 2000
date, because I moved QTHs then). Kept my old "novice"
style callsign (2x3).

Sure you are. You're broadcasting on 20 meters and too stupid to
pick a frequency on 2 meters that is in accordance with the generally
accepted band plan. (Please don't give me that silly business about
