What if you don't have a radio license to prove to the cops you're operating completely legally???

a cop pulls you over and demands to see YOUR radio license and then
when you can't show or give it to him , he fines and tivkets you and
arrests you and confiscates all your legal radio equipment because
"you're operating radio illegally since you don't have a radio license
and if you do have one, you're operating illegally since you're not
carrying it with you".
The courts in Officer Bubba's county, Officer Billy Bob's county, and
Officer Deputy Dawg's county will NOT rule in your favor.
I didn't mention Barney Fife because I think even Barney Fife would
hve more smarts than that.
I've seen several people here and on the net say the officer has the
right to demand it and the right and even DUTY to arrest you if you're
not carrying your radio license with you even if you are licensed.
And that it's your own fault if you don't have the license with you to
prove it.
Again, the FCC does NOT issue a physical paper copy to all the
immediate relatives of a GMRS licensee.
Although the relatives are covered under the GMRS licensee.
But you can't call your relative for help to being his license becaue
he's now out of range since the cop stopped you and cell phones don't
work because there aren't ant cell phone towers in the very rural tri
county area of Officers Bubba, Billy Bob, and Deputy Dawg.

FRS and Citizens Band are Licensed under a Blanket License issued by the
FCC that covers ALL US Citizens....
GMRS Licenses are issued to the Primary Licensee in Paper Form as are
All FCC Licenses... To meet Posting Requirements established for each
Radio Service, Photocopies are considered equal to FCC Original Licenses.
If you "Look" in the GMRS Rules, there will be a sub-section on License
Posting Requirements, and if not, then Posting is Not Required, for that
Radio Service, and therefor not REQUIRED to be in the operators personal
possession. Duh....
Does this Mythical "Barney Fife", have a Copy of the Radio License for
his "Cop Radio" on him? The answer is "NO", and the reason is, it is NOT
REQUIRED For That Radio Service. It Is REQUIRED that the Original
License be POSTED at the Principal Operating Position for that Radio
System, which is designated ON the License..... and be available for
Inspection, by FCC Personnel.
If you would just READ the FCC Rules for you Radio Service, this would
all be clear to you, but apparently you are not capable of this.... So

NO SUCH THING as "HAM Operations" on frequencies authorized in Part 95,
