DX-spots from internet to Packet radio

Hi!
I am looking for a program with these features: It can grab DX-spots from
the internet and send them to a packet modem.
The problem is that the area in which i live is quite bad supported with
DX-clusters on UHF, and therefore our club will try to establish a packet
DX-cluster with data from the internet.
VHF is not an issue since we are using 144.800 MHz for 24 hours
APRS/Digipeater.
