Christmas Eve - Ham Radio satellite to flash morse code

planning to active the satellite's LED optical array and flash a message in
Morse Code to Earth. The Morse message may be visible with the unaided eye

On November 14th, a joint team - Stiinta and Tehnica Magazine, Cairns Ham
Radio Club and YO3KSR-Club, will try to launch a helium balloon right in
the middle of a solar eclipse from Australian Outback. The balloon will
have APRS tracking with YO4SJI-11 callsign
