Powerpoles and Powerwerx

Guys,

I wish to share my impressions regardind doing bussiness
with Ken Mirabella.

I decided to connectorize my power cords with Powerpoles. I
have a dealer in São Paulo, Brazil that carries the PP45
line. They are charging US$3.6 each pair. Molex type
connectors are about 50 cents. They can send me the
connector the same day.

But, as I am also considering buying a Rigrunner, I checked
Powerwerx for prices.
The price range is good, but there was no way I could send
it to myself... Brazil wasn't on the country list.

An email sent to Ken, and he promptly added my country! The
shipping options didn't allow for (very) small orders, like
mine...Just 25 PP45 pairs. Another email and Ken promptly
added another shipping option!

This guy is awesome!

While I was writing this, Ken wrote me again. There is
nothing I can say to express how he care about his
customers... I haven't even placed the order!!
That is Customer Relation Management!!!

Paulo,

It was refreshing to hear something positive concerning American business. There has been soooo much bad lately.

I too am using Powerpoles. Just got through making a couple of cables using the connectors. If you've not tried them yet, I believe
you will be very happy with them.
