IC-Q7a Mods and Software

Hello,

I use Gornan Vlaski's software to up load and download information to my
IC-Q7a. It works great! If the out of band transmit modification is
performed on the IC-Q7a, will his software still work for uploads and
downloads? I have heard rumors that if you perform this mod, it
disables this feature. True or not?

I am using IC-Q7e with 'out-of band' mod and it also works fine with
Gornan's soft. No side effects...
