W1AW AND K1MAN JOIN FORCES
Dateline - Belgrade Lakes, Maine - 16 December 2005
W1AW/4 came up on 14.275 MHz. yesterday, 15 December 2005, calling CQ
for their special event station from the ARRL Christmas toy drive
national distribution center in Memphis, Tennessee. K1MAN answered,
and Chief Operator Darryl was called to the W1AW mic. The two
stations had a short QSO with Darryl explaining the toy drive project
in detail. W1AW is the flagship station of ARRL, the American Radio
Relay League (www.ARRL.org), and K1MAN is the flagship station of
AARA, the American Amateur Radio Association (www.K1MAN.com). K1MAN
wished W1AW well and then QSYed to 14.272 MHz. to kick of K1MAN's new
live call-in talk show with co-hosts Glenn at K1MAN and Karol at
VE7KFM on the "left coast" of Canada (Hi). K1MAN is on the United
States "right coast" (Hi). The call in number is 1-800-262-9543.
The kick off "show" was a huge success as the ARRL toy drive 3 KHz up
was heavily promoted by both Glenn and Karol. During this "show" on
14.272 MHz., ND8V, enabled by K4ZDH, QRMed W1AW off of 14.275 MHz., an
alleged criminal act under the Goldwater Law, Sections 333 and 501 of
the 1934 Communications Act. ND8V is under the assumption that the
Goldwater Law has been repealed (it has not) since ARRL dropped their
listing this law in their FCC Rule Book in the early 1990s, another
alleged criminal act itself, under the Goldwater Law, since de-listing
of Sections 333 and 501 does give that false impression, doesn't it?.
K4ZDH is also in alleged criminal violation of the Goldwater Law, of
course, since he has repeatedly failed to discourage interference by
hams to the K1MAN Amateur Information Bulletin Service heard on 14.275
MHz. since 1987 and just resumed yesterday after going off the air for
IARN (International Amateur Radio Network) emergency traffic reasons
on 4 July 2005.
Their is a rampant rumor going around in amateur radio circles that
ND8V has requested to share his federal jail cell at Leavenworth with
K4ZDH, known to his friends at the Commission at "Rot Riley"
Hollingsworth the "K1MAN Killer." According to Glenn Baxter, K1MAN,
Executive Director of AARA, there are no provisions in United States
law for "vanity jail cells." Dave Sumner, K1ZZ, CEO of ARRL could
not be reached for comment on this question and did not return any
phone calls almost certainly made from K1TP, W5YI, and other ham
radio reporters as this story broke on Thursday.
Glenn Baxter, K1MAN, said in an interview that:
"I certainly support waiving the rules in this case by
allowing ND8V and K4ZDH to share jail cells after trial
on purely humanitarian grounds. This, after all, is the
holiday season, and radio amateurs should all pull together
on this one and throw up, errr, throw their support for
ND8V's behind, errr, throw their support BEHIND ND8V and
K4ZDH." Ed. comment: Lay off the wine Glenn!
Chris Imlay, ARRL counsel, has advised, we believe, K1ZZ to invoke the
Fifth Amendment since ARRL might also be criminally prosecuted in this
case. Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Gail Fisk Malone is rumored to
be considering a return to the Justice Department to personally
handle this very high profile case. Gail, no doubt, has her eye
on Hillery Clinton and the White House. Malone has neither confirmed
nor denied that she is a presidential candidate nor that her running
mate will be Wayne Green, W2NSD, who ran for Vice President at least
once before. Wayne indicated to this reporter recently that he wants
to reform education in the U.S., and, as Vice President, he would most
certainly have his best chance to do this, in this reporter's opinion.
Glenn Baxter, K1MAN, has stated, again, that he IS NOT a candidate for
President and that there WILL NOT be K1MAN Amateur Information
Bulletins coming from the White House if he is:
"I am getting too old for politics, and my responsibilities
at AARA and K1MAN are far to great at this time to even
consider the White House. With Hollingsworth in jail,
there would be no point. One FCC Commissioner will be
as good as any other once we have put Rot Riley away," Mr.
Baxter said.
Later in the day, W1AW and K1MAN re-established contact on 14.275 MHz.
and were driven off the frequency by ND8V. Mr. Baxter stated:
"ND8V also drove me off of 14.275 MHz. while I was working G7BGY
and 4Z4UN on December 14, 2005. There seems to be a pattern
here. K3VR even E-mailed me yesterday that he has sent CD
recordings of K1MAN to all FCC Commissioners. For the full

Today, in Washington, D.C., several FCC Commissioners were spotted
walking around listening to Brian's MP3 recordings of K1MAN on their
I-PODs, according to sources of questionable reliability, since all of
the FCC is out on Christmas vacation and in Maine skiing with their
kids now home from college.

that Baxter is now gone completely out-of-his-tree
and needs to be locked up in a padded room
