Today, Chuck O'Neal, K1KW publicly announced that he is bringing suit against
Fractal Antenna Systems,Inc. for libel.

I will make sure given the fact that O'Neal chose to announce this here on this
NG that we all follow the procedures for this in a public way.

Ha! If you end up having to hire a real breathing money taking lawyer,
get ready to be slapped daily. I doubt he will put up with your public
legal blather. If I were your lawyer I would give you three choices...

Interesting...Where/when did I bring a lawsuit against you?

1) Please name the court,docket #, and date.
2) What is the complaint?
3) How were you served?
4) What damages are claimed?

If you can't answer these questions here and now, then I may have yet
another reason to sue you for libel! You claim that I have already
sued you in this header!!!! AND...in this public forum!!! WOW!!! you in
greater
trouble now!!
