MFJ Antenna Analyzer Q

I have MFJ-249......Is there a kit that will convert it to a 259B?

If so where can it be purchased?

I doubt it very seriously. You may want to speak directly to MFJ. Doesn't
the MFJ-249 only have one meter? The 259 has two. You might as well just
buy a whole new unit. There is even quite a difference between the MFJ-259
and the MFJ-259B...such as, what it will do, where the buttons are located,
etc.

There is a kit or was a kit to convert a MFJ249 to a 259. It has a new
front panel with the two meters etc. There is no kit to convert a MFJ259
to a MFJ259B. I checked with MFJ and was rather rudely told I should be
happy with what I have. By the way there is a MFJ259"A" also, which is
what I have. It looks physically like a MFJ259B, but doesn't have most
of the more advanced features of the "B".

It is the MFJ 68, it is $29.95, has a complete new front and is easily
installed. You can order it directly from MFJ or, I would call S & S Amateur
at 1-800-728-8829 since they are usually a bit cheaper. Isn't it nice that
the first response you got said he doubted that this even existed. Don't
you wish that idiots like this would leave their fingers off of the
keyboard?

Really put foot in mouth on this one. Didn't check to see that he wanted to
go from 249 to 259B. Apologies to all, especially the one I offended.
