Tilt Mast? Who makes them?

I plan to install a light, compact HF directional antenna with a short
tower on a flat roof/deck. I need a mast that can tilt up and down, so
I can place the tower in a corner of the deck and easily raise and lower
the antenna. Maybe there is such a thing as a short, tilt tower? My
thoughts are a five foot tower with a five foot mast to raise the
antenna above the deck; rotator on top of the tower, tilt mast on top of
rotator. Glen Martin makes the roof top tower, who makes a tilt mast?
