getting asked with no reply. At least in response in the public forums these
have been posted to.
So, how much in general will one of your kits cost, or what is the price ranges?

The plates are manufactured using a CNC machine
The rotor has 4"OD.
The aluminum spacer are
OD = .500 (1/2") 12.7mm ID = .257 6.53mm L = .500 (1/2") 12.7mm

These butterfly capacitors looks very well made except for one important
detail. The plates are not welded to rotor and stator shafts, which means
higher losses. Tom W8JI says you can toss away several DB from such
losses in the tuning capacitor. In my own Magnetic loops, I use only E.F.
Johnson NOS butterfly's with welded plates. Of course those old favorites
are very difficult to find these days.
Can you weld everything for your customers? The MFJ Butterfy capacitors
intended for their loop antennas are all welded. Tom W8JI designed what
is great about the MFJ Loops. The poor QC is not his doing :-(
