Hey Ralph,

WAY COOL!

I am an industry representative on a citizens advisory board that makes
recommendations to the City of Portland on the regulation of
transmitting facilities. You are right that co-location is the word of
the day. But this is the first time I have seen a ham/cell or pcs co-location.

That is a slick idea. Did the idea originate with you, the pcs provider
or the city?

And are the neighbors more grumpy or less grumpy since it went in?
