I have ordered a bunch of the stainless steel "U-Bolts" from them, and
they are very high quality. They take a credit card over the phone, and
there delivered in just a few days.
Allen Harbach, at http://www.harbach.com/ use to sell good stainless
steel U-Bolts but his web site says he is out of business until further
notice due to illness.
I noticed at the local building supply store had a small selection of SS
U-Bolts. I use these bolts on my 5/8 ground plane antennas for 12 to 10
Meters.

Don't expect to find saddles, though.

Your local hardware store may be able to order them for you.
(Expect to pay top dollar!) Also, they may be available in a marine
supply store. My local hardware store is also a marine supply
store, and carries them, so I'm real lucky. But my wallet is pretty
thin after purchasing there. To give you an idea: it cost me between
2 and 4 dollars per U bolt, depending on size. Put another way,
it cost me 53 dollars for u bolts for a 3 element 6 meter beam
(4 bolts per element, 4 bolts for the boom to mast plate) -
16 bolts in all. (I could have bought a commercial 6 meter
beam for less than I spent to make this one when you add in the
tubing, boom and aluminum plate. But I wanted to experiment
with various configurations, and was willing to pay for the material
to roll my own.)

Stainless steel muffler clamps are becoming much more common for auto
use. Your local auto parts house can probably order some or you could
try some of the performance mail order places.

2. Marine supply shop. Should have round and square ss clamps.
3. Hardaware store. They should be able to at least order.
4. A machine shop may be able to bend and thread rod for you to your
dimensions.
5. Don't forget the anti sieze compond on the threads.
