I'm pretty sure no such software exists. Creating a Cross Sum puzzle
is a very delicate process...it's not just filling a grid with random
numbers and summing the rows and columns, as such a puzzle would
undoubtedly not have a unique solution. Try creating a _solvable_
Cross Sum puzzle yourself, and you'll appreciate the fact that
you're better off buying them in the store. :)
