Thanks to Rob for running CCVP 136, and for liking my clue.

The word to be clued in this round is STIMULI (7).

The professional clue to be judged against is this from Tramp in the
Guardian (Cryptic crossword No 27,032):

So, time up! Lie endlessly to get incentives (7)

Up to three clues can be entered per person (bonus clues as always are
welcome), and the deadline is the end of April 19 in your time zone.
Have fun!

Whoops! You don't spell multiply like that. Back to the drawing board :-)

And now, my interpretations of the clues. ??? indicates something
I am confused about. Please let me know about anything I have
missed or misinterpreted.

David A:

> Wildly I simulate, consumed to the core, vibes! (7)
vibes = definition
consumed = ATE
ATE to the core = ATE is changed to T (ATE's "core")
ISIMULATE, with ATE changed to T = ISIMULT
Wildly = anagram indicator
ISIMULT anagrammed = STIMULI

Duke:

> Curry in western states -- or parts of London or India -- produces incentives to go (7)
incentives to go = definition
Curry = TIM
states = US
western US = SU
TIM in SU = STIMU
parts of London or India = LI ??? (not sure how "or" works with that)
STIMU or LI = STIMULI ??? (again, not sure how the "or" works to concatenate)

Luciano:

> Spurs must fancy winning current league, one concludes (7)
Spurs = definition
fancy = anagram indicator
MUST anagrammed = STMU
current = I
STMU winning I = ST(I)MU
league = L
one = I
STIMU + L, I concludes = STIMULI

> I am overcome by terrible lust and the onset of ignominious urges (7)
urges = definition
terrible = anagram indicator
LUST anagrammed = STUL
I am = I'M
I'M overcome by STUL = ST(IM)UL
the onset of ignominious = I
STIMUL and I = STIMULI

> They provoke US militia outside Iowa compound (7)
They provoke = definition
Iowa = IA
USMILITIA outside IA = USMILITIA - IA = USMILIT
compound = anagram indicator
USMILIT anagrammed = STIMULI

You're right. I'm not sure about the "or"s either. Doubtless I had some plan when I wrote the clue. Maybe "and"s would have worked?

And now, my judgements:

David A:

> Wildly I simulate, consumed to the core, vibes! (7)
The construction is kind of weird, but I think it works. The surface is a bit rough.

Duke:

> Curry in western states -- or parts of London or India -- produces incentives to go (7)
As Duke suggested, the "or"s here would work much better if they were "and"s.
Aside from that, a reasonable construction, a reasonable definition, and a nice
surface.

Luciano:

> Spurs must fancy winning current league, one concludes (7)
I like the way the definition works in the surface (which is very smooth). Fine
construction.

> I am overcome by terrible lust and the onset of ignominious urges (7)
Very good surface, and nice definition (though not as hidden as the one
in the previous clue). Fine construction.

> They provoke US militia outside Iowa compound (7)
Another very good surface and definition (I think the best definition of the
set). The construction works okay.

And now the winners:
First place goes to Luciano's sporting clue.
Second place goes to Duke's culinary clue.
Third place goes to David's eerie clue.
