Some people (i.e., Darrell) have obviously had a trerible experience
with Little Giant pumps. But don't despair ..others have had them work
fine for years. Mine's been in almost 3 years, running 24 hrs a day,
with NEVER a single problem or leak (I've got a small, 270 gal. pond).
Did the pump come with any written instructions when you purchased it?
If not, go back to the store where you bought it and ask for
instructions, or you can always contact Little Giant in Oklahoma City.
