I have fed my goldfish, shubunkin, butterfly and regular koi: rice,
peas, bread, orages pieces and regular fish food.
I heard that shredded carrots and shrimp are also good for them.

My question is: Cooked shrinp or raw shrimp?

Thanks,
Trader

Hi Trader. We've used both and the Koi just love it. We just feed them
this as a treat and they always seem to know when it's treat time. :)

When I make my Summer Bread for Koi, I sometimes use cooked shrimp in it
and at other times freeze-dried krill. They love it either way.

I get mine at "Sams Club",150-200 raw $9.95 for 2 lbs. :)

That depends. What kind of dipping sauce will you have with it?

If I'm going to spend $15.00 a pound for shrimp, I'm going to EAT IT MYSELF!
