Don't get ripped off by morons posting ads that contain NO photo
equipment to photo equipment for sale groups.
If you are trying to impress people with your competence, you should
at least use proper grammar. There is no word "lets." There is, however,
a word "let's", which is a contraction of "let us."

If you are trying to impress women with your reliability and honesty, why
do you not include your name and phone number?
I recommend you return to the shopping malls and continue your practice
of attempting to seduce underage girls. That is, until the police catch you
(again).

There are other people besides potential clients reading these newsgroups.
You don't see women posting their own names and phone numbers, either, do
you? That doesn't mean that they are dishonest.

What warranted this personal attack?

Not true. They need a release or license from the photographer who took the
picture, since he holds the copyright on the photograph.

Yes, they do. In the case of copyright, permission is required for
everything, not just for certain uses (such as commercial use or promotional
use). Copyright is different from the simple control over the use of one's
own image in a photo.

That way does not include making copies. So the model may include the print
itself in a portfolio, but she may not make copies of it. In some
jurisdictions, the existing jurisprudence may be more or less restrictive.

In theory, yes (moral rights of the photographer). But France is
particularly draconian in this domain, and at the same time, the letter of
case law is not often observed in practice (thank goodness).
