I am interested in buying a book that details regular portrait lighting and
unusal set ups as well. Any suggestions?
Thanks,

Best lighting books anywhere are the Rotovision, ProLighting series. For
portraiture there is;

Portraits ISBN 2-88046-273-8
Fashion Shots ISBN 2-88046-372-6
Beauty Shots ISBN 2-88046-372-6

All contain great photos with detailed lighting plans but also with detailed
shot descriptions, camera, lens, film and processing details. Try them at
www.rotovision.com

Other good books are;
Portraits, Developing Style in Creative Photography ISBN 2-88046-463-3 also
by Rotovision
Stu Williamson's Concept to Print ISBN 1-902538-00-5 by Aurum Press Ltd
The Photographers Guide to Using Light ISBN 0-8174-5422-5 by Amphoto

If you are in the US you'll find that both Amphoto and Rotovision are
published by Watson-Guptill Publications of New York.
