Hello,
We have gotten an email concerning what happens to the photos once they are
submitted, so we are making a special announcement:
We will NOT offer the photos as Clipart, or make available
free on a photo CD, or anything like that to exploit the photos.
We are working on a project that could make your dog a star,
in an animation short. On the event your dog is chosen as
one of the several "stars" a seperate contract will be made
available to you.
The deadline is June of the coming new year.
Thanks for reading.
Note: If we posted in an inappropriate channel, please let us
know, as we would like not to create any unnecessary bandwidth.
If you would like to enter for a chance to get $50 for your photo
there is plenty of time.
Please direct all responses to us via email, your input is welcomed.
Check back for an example picture.

Why would you need photos as a basis for animation? Wouldn't a breed
book suffice?
Looking at your website, it clearly states
"All photos submitted become the property of NetData, Inc. or
its subsideries, including reproduction rights."
That means that the photographer gives up their copyright and gives
you the right to sell the photo or use any way you please, regardless
of your statement that the photos will not be used as clipart. If you
really mean that you only want to post them on your website, then why
not state that all photos submitted may be posted on the website, but
that the photographer owns the copyright? That would cover what you
say you need.
Also, what is this:
A processing fee may be applicable if a large number of
entried are submitted, which will be deducted
from the prize.
Does this mean that if you don't win, you will be charged a fee? Or is
only the winner charged a fee?
This sounds like a scam to get people to give your their photos, then
pay to have you take their rights away. It still looks like a scam.
And specifically, what website will these photos be posted to?
