Manual (or some help) for Nikon 80-200mm f/2.8 lens

Hi folks,
I recently bought a used Nikon 80-200 f/2.8D ED AF lens from a camera shop
in town (good condition, glass seems perfect, 1/2 price of new). But it
didn't come with a manual.
a) Does anyone know where I could download a manual for it? Or...
b) Can anyone explain the Limit/Full switch near the front lens?
I'm told it has to do with whether the autofocus will be constantly
re-focussing with a moving subject, but that doesn't tell me all that much.
Anyone? Thanks in advance!

Try this link http://www.nikonians.org/ and check under the forums for
lenses and/or manuals (I think they have one for Manuals)
