B&H Photo has a monthly catalog that contains most of the items
that you would want to buy!

So does Camera World of Oregon. You can order it online on
their web page at http://www.cameraworld.com. Mine came
in about 4 days after I ordered it.

ask for their standard catalog and their "essentials"
catalog...

2) Abbey Camera 1-800-252-2239
ask for their "Pro Source" catalog

both places support 35mm,120, 4x5 & 8x10, a myriad of: lighting
systems,
backgrounds (paper,muslin,canvas), film, paper, processors, enlargers,
tripods, stands, ...the list goes on...
