HELP! Solidex VT-87HQ Tripod

Got a great deal on this tripod. Unfortunately, it is missing the quick
release mounting plate which attaches to the camera.

I have heard the company went out of business. I am beginning to believe
it because I can't find any stores which carry this brand.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the missing plate?
