The place is called ProPhoto. i think they are one on the worst places
around. They also have a film lab as part of the store. As i work mostly
in NYC i had a small job why here in ca this week. I needed some simple
dupes of slides to send to a client for a job. When i got the dupes back,
i could not believe had bad they where contrasty and out of focus. I then
ask the person if they had used duping film.There responce "Duping
Film?". Then he went and ask someone else about it. The second responce
fom the manager "We dont use duping film just normal fuji". They then said
if you dont like it go somewhere else. My advise never go to a store that
say that just to bad. This was Fri at 4pm and i need to get film to my
client on Mon? So ProPhoto" FUCK YOU"

They told me SORRY go some where else. I cant tell my client to wait? I
pay top dollar for professional service and end up with junk ,that puts
my neck on the line? Please tell me how you would feel?
