The pentacon six mount lens registration is only 74.1mm. Since pentacon
lenses do NOT have built-in leaf shutters, you would need to supply some
sort of leaf shutter adapter (cf. microscope adapters in some lines..).
There isn't enough room to do this without the lens acting as if it is on
an extension tube, and so limited to macro work ;-( The mamiya 645 is a
focal plane shutter body, so it doesn't need leaf shutter like Bronica SQ,
and being a 645 it is 63.3mm lens registration, so 10.8mm thickness
adapter should work and still preserve infinity focus...
the trick is to find a) focal plane body and b) lens registration is 10+mm
or so longer than the body being transplanted onto ;-)

The fun of owning Medium Format cameras with their own focal plane shutters
(Bronica S2A, Pentacon 6TL, Kiev 88CM etc.) is that one can
adapt all kinds of lenses to cameras of this type.
The Bronica SQ has no focal plane shutter and it would be a living
and expensive nightmare to try to adapt oddball shutterless lenses to
it. Certainly not worth the time of day.

In my mind Bronica made a mistake with the SQ and should have fixed
and updated "the old one". Bronica has most of Hasselblad's bad
features and few of the good ones, today: some of their optics are just
not as good as the Hasselblad's (although some are fully equal) and
the SQ is all-electronic whereas a 500 series Hasselblad is fully
mechanical.
Hasselblad until recently had one system vis-a-vis Bronica's three
(now four).
There are companies that upgrade and modify Russian Kiev Hasselblad
clones and they already take (if so configured) Pentacon 6 lenses and
Hass backs. I have no experience with them, but I'm looking at the
modded Kiev back.
