Does anyone else out there have problems with their Hasselblad filters?
Mine tend to become loose and fall off. In an attempt to tighten them, I
have tried bending the bayonet fitting out slightly so as to stop slippage,
but this doesn't seem to be a very satisfactory solution. I have written to
VH AG and they tell me they will look into it. The other thing is the
problem is made worse by the fact that the lens hood also uses a bayonet
which means that often the filter stays attached to the hood rather than
the lens. Does anyone have a solution??

these sound like C lenses, not CF. I have no such problem with CF
lenses and filters. The lens hood is either a fixed focal length unit
that mounts on the peripheral bay tabs or I use the ProShade which
also mounts that way. The filters mount on the internal Bay60 mating
area inside the front of the lens.

What's the problem? If you spread the bayonet prongs
slightly, the filter will fit securely and remain that way
for years. (I assume that you're using original Hasselblad
filters. If you have some cheap-o brand, the fit may
suffer.)

You have a cheap-o non-Hassy hood; original hoods fit the
OUTER lens bayonet, not the inner filter bayonet.
