There seems to be something wrong with your link to the photo of the
light meter. My browser can't find it.

Go to almost any camera store and purchase a good used Gossen pilot or a
luna-pro. Minolta and Sekonic as well as Shepherd all have some very
inexpensive meters. Especially used!
I bought/sold many when I had my studio and used camera shop.

I posted the original question way before march. A quick look on Google tells
me it was Sept 27, 2001. Maybe it got reposted by the old @home servers. The
link doesn't work anymore because @home shut down their servers in January
2002. Strange. Thanks anyway.
