no they are spamming as many groups as they can, I just put a rule in my
filters to block everything from .cn so I don't see any of it, and when one
does manage to slip through, its usually not much trouble to fine tune the
filters to get rid of them as well.

I used to ask the question do all American have small flaccid dicks because
all the penis enlargement and Viagra spam used to all originate from there
:-)

They're stealing credit cards. Chinese ISPs don't mind hosting
criminals and Google doesn't mind serving criminals. The crime gang you
mention has been active since at least 2005. Your best bet is to
configure your newsreader to discard all posts where the Message-ID
header contains 'googlegroups'.

I think the opposite is true.. They think most people involved with
photography NEED cloths... Most of the pictures I see are people who
seem to have lost all theirs :-)

(all in the best possible taste of course :_)))

I have notices a huge increase in spam of late in the NG's Trouble is
it is difficult to know how to stop it. I think it will eventually it
will lead to the demise of Usenet.
