The Canon G2 for example has both.
But it doesn't matter, you would get much better results, if you shoot in
color and convert to B&W in Photoshop (or similar).

No, not the only ... it would also be useful for composition. I think, it's
nice to compose the scene in B&W mode (LCD as viewfinder), then shoot in
color and at last convert to grayscale in Photoshop or similar.
I would imagine that many cameras have a B&W or sepia mode. But also keep in
mind that you can easily convert a color digital image to B&W or sepia with
many software programs.

You can discard the color information of your image file, then convert back to
RGB mode (remains in gray scale), and then add 10 cc Red and 10 cc Yellow, or
thereabouts.
Epson, the obvious printer of choice, also has an excellent Sepia mode.
My Mavica CD1000 has a 'sepia mode,'
I cannot imagine why!

You can either wait for others to list *each and every* camera that
does so, or go to www.dpreview.com and see for yourself.
The advantage of going to dpreview is that you also get a *LOT* of
other info to help you make your decision.

Such image manipulation is better done in post processing software
such as PSP.
In PSP 7.04, I prefer to use the Colors>Colorize at a hue of 20,
saturation 80. Watch the preview, or hit the view screen to see it
work on the entire image.
Ron
Better not to do that, because
1. you lose the EXIF information and
2. the additional processing step degrades the image (JPEG
recompression).

Don't use JPG. Use a lossless format.
Ron
