Well the first site seems to have better shots on the opening page
than that terrible shadowy one on the second site. Beyond that I am
curious as to what the extent of release forms for people and property
are required to make selling of the images legal.
The picture on the opening page of the .com site commits the sin of cutting
off the horses feet in an otherwise good and interesting photo.
The pictures at the .net site seem better composed and less like snapshots.
My opinion only.

I only sell my horse pictures to the owner or rider of the horse, and would
only sell it to an outsider with permission (in writing) from said
rider/owner, so the problem has not come up for me.
Surprisingly most of my subjects are thrilled to see their photo, or their
horses photo published in a magazine, or catalog. I usually have no problem
getting the needed permission.
I have always taken the stand that the copyrite is MINE, the
face/body/subject is NOT mine.
