The Luminous Landscape
www.luminous-landscape.com
The web's most comprehensive site devoted to the art of landscape and nature
photography using digital imaging techniques.
I stumbled onto the color theory article last week--fascinating stuff,
especially WRT the unexpected shifts in the perceived brightness of
colors at different light levels.
I hope you'll expand on the color harmony concept as you get the chance.
The painter Kandinsky often spoke of natural color harmonies--beautiful
in context but hard to get away with on canvas. Luckily, landscape
photographers have Nature herself to back them up.
BTW, thanks for =all= your great work at Luminous Landscape. To have a
photographer of your skill and experience decide to do an online
brain-dump is a boone to all photographers. My site probably links yours
a hundred times by now.
