stopped trading.
her issue is with the third-party business, not with the cloud service,
which had notified customers about the shutdown, giving their customers
ample opportunity to migrate to another service.
did she not notice they had stopped trading??
she also had no backup plan in case something did go wrong, which can
happen no matter where it's hosted.
tl;dr - user error.
