It turned out to be great for grabbing pictures for my older Olympus D200L from
Windows explorer (which also means from My Computer).
Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the same folder on my laptop.
I tried installing the Olympus Twain 3.1 drivers on that, but it didn't do it.
I couldn't find anything newer on the Olympus site.
Anybody have any idea what software put that folder there?
No I don't, what you can do is right-click on an empty spot on your
desktop>new>link>browse and point to the twaindriver you have
installed>next>ok
Baffo.

I tested by installing and uninstalling Photo Deluxe 3 on one of my desktop
partions.
Since Photo Deluxe needs over 50 megs, my poor laptop will have to do without
for now.
Sigh, gone are the days of compact programs!!
Uhh... If yu are, then just create it using Windows Explorer.

It opens what looks like a file directory inside of the digital camera, linked
up in my case by a serial cable. It treats the memory of some digital cameras
as another folder in Windows Explorer so you can drag, cut, delete, and paste
the stored image files directly, without loading them into grapics software
first.
You may note from one of the other messages in this thread that it apparently
was created by Adobe Photo Deluxe as part of its installation.
Since the only Twain sources that show up on my desktop are from my scanner, it
is not setting up twain software to do this.
