My daughter is on a Pc, I am on webtv. She sent me pictures, of my
granddaughter, by attachments, and They are too big for me to see, is
there a way she can reduce the size?

Reduction in dimensions as well as reduction in file size is a basic
functionality of any picture editing software. Those are 2 different
things, it is not clear which one you mean by "size".
Chances are some of the programs she has on her computer will do the job
already, unfortunately you didn't tell us which OS she is using.

Certainly - that's one of the things photo editing software can do (GIMP
is free) - though some fairly simple viewers can do it too.

Windows will do it if she right clicks on the image file and selects "Send
To" and then "Mail Recipient"

Tell your daughter to resize the picture to about 700 x 500 pixels with
her photo editing software. A photo that size will fit nicely on your
TV screen without the need for scrolling.

I think that reducing them to 640x480 might be small enough for WebTV.

Help! I go to a grocery store. What do they have in their
back room? Do they have Tidy Bowl cleanser?

How would we know what she can do with her PC?
