Doesn't seem to be working:

Maybe you should tap your heels together harder.

Are you refering to this listing?
http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=dlpservices&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50

Funny, because you're quoting the *old* eBay policy. The new eBay
policy at http://pages.ebay.com/help/new/usenet-policy.html says:

"Usenet Policy

eBay users may not post on Usenet groups (Internet newsgroups) to
advertise eBay or an eBay listing that is inappropriate or violates
the Usenet board policy. If Usenet abuse is reported to eBay, we may
among other remedies remove the listing, issue a warning, or suspend
the user's eBay account.

Please note that eBay can only take action in cases where it's clear
it was an eBay member who posted to the Usenet group inappropriately."

So, eBay doesn't care if the charter doesn't care. And the
actual-honest-to-god-no-bob-atkins-bullshit-as-voted-on
charter(AHTGNBABAVOC) is silent on the matter of private hobbyist
FS/FA post(ftp://ftp.isc.org/pub/usenet/control/rec).

So, me thinks you are full of beans there John.

Take care,

Dave

P.S. Nice Nikon Coolpix items:

Actually YOU seem like the bigger dickhead... just by your foul mouth.

If you're gonna killfile someone or throw a fit when they post a sale
on ebay just do it quietly. I'm /sure/ most of us don't want to hear
you spout off about it with or without the foul language.

Sorry the ruby slippers didn't work for you, but there's no need to get
nasty about it. Don't know what you're talking about with the multiple
addresses - maybe you lack a basic understanding of how Newsreaders work.
Sorry about that.

GoodbyeTessalator. I won't say it's been nice knowing you, because you are
obviously another web loser of no value whatsoever to me or anyone else. You
are killfiled to reside in the nowhere of nothingness specifically because
you are too anal retentative to be bothered with, but I am almost certain
that if I were to waste time on you, I would find many other reasons to bid
you a quick adieu. I've found in general that people who prove to be losers
on one subject tend to be losers on many subjects. Byeeee!

Okay - your stupid ass is very quietly killfiled again. The fact that
you post from multiple addresses indicates you are yet another of the shi---
oh sorry you don't like language -- of the human effluent for brains web
weasels that hang around adding nothing but cr--- human fecal matter to
every discussion when you aren't completely killfiled by the adults in the

time you show up - including under any of your moron aliases.

Besides, what *could* have slipped by as a quiet and polite notice

I suspect that only a tiny minority would have any interest, if that. Those
that do have an interest are probably on eBay itself, or over in the
marketplace newsgroups.

have nothing interesting or constructive to contribute. I know I am
only a troll with a bad attitude but you all know it and love me anyway
so I'm just going to continue on. Tesselator or whatever you are
calling yourself you can just bite me. I don't give a fuck about you
nor about all you other loosers on this list. You ALL suck and can
eat my shit!

Tony, you have demonstrated your 'dick-headedness' many times and now YOU
are in MY KILLFILE!

You're suspicisions are wrong. But I agree that the marketplace groups
would be better for this.

Well, that's like completely lame! Like your bickering is doing ANYTHING
other than adding to it. All you newsgroup cops ever achieve is a worse
S/N ratio. It's always been true and will always /BE/ true. But the lameness
of your point of view really becomes evident when one stops to consider
how you could possibly conclude that someone posting an honest deal on
a group that CLEARLY ALLOWS FOR SUCH is by any deffinition, a "bully".

Sorry I spoil your auctions BOB -- but lets face it. You have never
contributed a damn thing to this or any other group - why would I give a
damn about losing your pathetic participation? FLUSSSH!

In all fairness to Tony this isn't him. Check the headers first. They are from
Japan. I am not defending Tony for anything, but he isn't the one being a dick,
someone from Japan is. Tony has mentioned in previous posts that someone is
forging his name and address. But even this message isn't something tony would
post.

Not only that, but Tony S knows the difference between "looser" and "loser."
