HANDCUFFS OR CONFESSION? Checkmate

In light of USA zeal to make corporate executives accountable, Mr.
Carp, its time for you and your consumer imaging division chronies to
repent and make amends

Adelphia, Enron, Global Crossing - PEOPLE IN HANDCUFFS - Do you want
to be next Carp?

The Supra line of professional color negative films, is merely their
consumer film repackaged and repriced, FRAUD, fraud that has been
going on for YEARS, same with Ektapress, same with European Ektacolor
films, same with the 5124,6124,8124 line of films

WOULD A YELLOW FATHER DO THIS TO ITS CHILDREN? indeed some amends are
in order, including a full CONFESSION, a FULL RETRIBUTION, and a FULL
COMMITMENT that this never happens again

Give me time and I will send this to Ashcroft, and the Kodak Board of
Directors, if someone doesn't sooner. And add a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
- Professional Photographers of the World versus Kodak

Will you as a photographer stand for FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATION? Even
if they reduce the price to the same thing, there is the issue of
ethics, and cordiality, and fair business, and customer respect.

and I did copy PPA (www.ppa.com)on this communication

Fuji listening? Agfa? not Konica they go to bed with you at a whim
to compete with Fuji? Scotch? Polaroid? Want a piece of Big Yellow?
Here it is on a silver platter. Ilford?

time for some subpeonas, and I have a list of most of the right names

you can start with a man named Mike Sullivan, or David Deiterich, both
of these would have been responsible for direct R&D decision making,
and aware of all the strategic planning funny business

or try these R&D folk

Mary Jane Hellyar
Rhonda Factor
Joe Labarca
Fred Fant
Bill Boller
Paul Stone
Rich Condon
Jon O'Connor
Robert Larossa
Ron Andrews
Greg Mason
Jim Milch
Dan Kennelly
Jim Friday
Bill McMahon
Lou Dodd
John McArthur

these people would be able to testify to the formulations and that they
are the same and they would be aware of strategic planny funny business
decisions, and be able to point out all the decisions makers and who
was aware of such fraud and who made this decision, and PRESENT FULL
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART REPORTING STRUCTURES FOR THE DECISION MAKING BEHIND
THIS FRAUD

So quit yer whining and buy real film... Anyone who expects Supra to
perform like an Ektachrome, or Velvia, or Provia is just fooling themselves.
That's like saying you're disappointed when your Superia prints don't look
as good as Provia 400F slides.

I take it they didn't give you back your job. Let's face it, even a large
corporation has a right to get rid of the insane -- makes for a safer
workplace.

Is a "Flash Card" anything like a "Flash Bulb" ??? Do those
"Flash Bulbs" also work with those cameras that use "film" ??

I repeat. Supra is not Gold, Supra is not Gold. No way no how never
was never will be.

Supra 400 is one of the, if not THE finest grain negative film ever
made. Damn, I'd sure love it if Gold was like that!

But is ain't, so shaddup already!

There are no camera lenses of suitable quality. However, there are
some telescopes (TeleVue, Astro-Physics, Takahashi) that can make
use of ultra-high resolution film or CCDs.

Quite a few years ago, Kodak got the nickname Great Yellow Father (after

to my knowledge, no one has referred to Fuji as the "Jolly Green Giant".
And let's not get into Agfa, Konica or Ilford...
