All of the Omega enlargers are fairly good. Personally I like the D5 but
it's a 4X5 enlarger which is more than you are looking for. Other enlargers to
consider would be Durst and Beseler. Durst can be troublesome to find parts and
accessories for but generally are regarded as exceptional values when you find
one that will give you everything you want.
Good models from the above manufacturers are;
Beseler 23C/23CII/23CIII series
Durst M600, M300 series
Omega B600, B66, B22, C700/C760
Also consider any of the Saunders LPL enlargers.
Again, try to make sure you have all of the necessities you will need to
start printing as quickly as possible. Particularly negative carriers and
lensboards.
