Canon T60 as a second body. Good or bad Choice???

I've been considering a second camera for some time now and have been
eyeing the Canon T60 to go along with my current T70. Is the T60 a
fairly decent Camera or are there some serious flaws I should be
worried about. I have a large selection of FD lenses and am on a
budget.
