Later it says they were released in an enclosed area, allowing
Kirby to post his misleading tweet. So yeah, they weren't left
in cages---they were abandoned in an enclosed area. It says that
some folks are trying to get them out but not much else.
Bidunce doesn't care about 13 brave Americans getting killed
or stranded civilians. Of course he doesn't care about innocent
dogs.
