kitten weight and growth chart

Hi

can anyone point me to a web site that has a kitten age and weight and
feeding chart? My kittens are almost 5 months old and although sleek to
look at, my friend with 2 cats of her own calls them big (as in long)
cats and I was also curious to see how big they would get. They are both
american short hair. one is tabby with white and the other is tabby. the
one with white is extremely long (a really beautiful kitty)
