Maine Coon Growth Spurt?

I'm no expert but I can tell you that my parent's part MC just went
through an amazing growth spurt. It took him about 4 years to get
to his adult weight of 16 pounds, but now, in the past year (his 10th year),
he's put on another 5 pounds! Astounding! He's enormous.

My mother said that, all of a sudden, he just started eating an incredible
amount and he got huge.

My Maine Coon, Bart will be four next month and seems to have topped out at 15
pounds. He has been at this weight for about one and a half years now.I was
also told that they don't stop growing until they are about four years old. I

Natasha, our 4-yr-old, grew very steadily from 6 mos. to 3 yrs. She's
about 9 lbs. now, which is not too bad considering she has no tail! A
very strange looking Coon...
