Tax evasion, fraud and theft by Zallycatz cattery in Ontario.

On 02. March 2008 flight LH 470 TORONTO ON PEARSON INTL TERMINAL 1 the
following 3 purebred Bengal cats were imported to Canada by Sherri
Amirault
of 77 Poplar Cres, Aurora, ON L4G 3M4 (905) 727-0984 Canada
:
1.(N)Ridanos Dansing (N)NRR LO 150583 born 05/12/2007
2.(N)Ridanos Desdemona (N)NRR LO 150584 born 05/12/2007
3.(N)Ridanos Fandango (N)NRR LO 150582 born 09/12/2007
They were taken through the green customs zone i.e not for resale.
Two of the cats (#2 and 3) were later sold for over $3000 to Rebecca
Heslop
of 2300 Walkers Line #28 Burlington, ON, L7M 3Z8, Canada (289)
313-0323.
Rebecca Heslop owns a cattery called zallycats Bengals, sometimes
spelled
zallycatz Bengals.

On the 26th of March 2008 flight LH 470 the following 4 purebred
Bengal cats
born 06.12.2007 were imported by Sherri Amirault:
1.(N)Ridanos Eros. Registration number LO 150383, Microchip
578098100237448
2.(N)Ridanos Ernest. Registration number LO 150382, Microchip
578098100239205
3.(N)Ridanos Erik. Registration number LO 150384, Microchip
578098100237673
4.(N)Ridanos Einstein. Registration number LO 150385, Microchip
578098100240517
Again they were taken through the green customs zone as "gifts" - i.e
not
for resale. The value of a Bengal kitten is between $2-3000 and up
over. Two
of the kittens were kept at Rebecca Heslop's cattery. All of these
cats were
later sold.
All of these cats have been imported in direct violation of Canada
customs
regulations, No tax was paid. There is also the matter of the Canadian
Food
Inspection Agency. The fees for importing PERSONAL PETS and PETS FOR
RESALE
are quite different. So there are issues with:
Canadian Food Inspection Agency 1-800-442-2342
Canada Border Services Agency 1 800 622-6232
Anyone can contact Canada Revenue Agency to report suspected tax
evasion
1-866-809-6841 89 (toll free).

The 4 kittens shipped on 26th of March 2008 are formaly reported
stolen to the Norwegian police.

Perhaps an investigative journalist should look into this affair. I
assure
you there is much more to this that just tax evasion!

You're stupid and evil enough to support a breeder, you deserve what you
get. I'd much rather see you located and sued for libel.

that's probably what you should have done in the first place, rathere than
try to smear him here. I hope he counters with a libel suit.
