Greasy coat - HELP

A friend of mine who breed persian cats has a cat with over active
sebaceous glands causing the coat to be absolutely drip with oil, and the
undercoat just falls out, leaving only guard hair, cat is very len in body
weight but has ravenous appetite. Has been testec negative for all ovious
diseases eg: Feline Luk etc. Having to bath once a week. Had anybody
