i live in toronto, ontario &i have two siamese with wonderful tempermants,
and two tabby's just as friendly. they are all indoor /outdoor cats. they
love the outdoors but if they must stay in they are fine with that too.
unfortunatelyi can't keep them any longer, as i'm moving to australia. i
have to find good homes for them. they are to be given away in pairs. the
siamese are 6&1/2 years old. the other two are just over 7.
they are diciplined with a simple snap of the fingers and tone of voice. the
best way to talk to them is like talikg to a preson. they are very smart,
understanding eye contact and what you say is sufficient. i have always
talked to them like i talk to peole and that seems to work. if the snap of
the fingers is not enough then a firm point of the index figer and tone of
voice is fine. if they get stubborn sometimes, (which is rare), then i may
flick the ear, as mother cats nip the ear of kittens to dicipline them.
they all respond to their own name, or their own tone of meow, and they love
to be talked to.

the siamese:
neena, is a creamed tortoise shell seal point. she was born in nov.'93. she
is a friendly but very independant girl. she likes to spend time alone but
when she wants lovin' she's right there! she's the type of cat that once
she's on your lap, if you have to get up, she won't come back for a while.
she's finiky and a little picky, but very loving. she loves to be spanked on
her rear, up her back and on her sides if she's laying down. she purrs very
loud and has a wondreful craoky voice. her nickname is 'girly-girl' as she
is so princessly feminine.

stinky, is a seal point, who was born in dec.'93, and a perfect little
siamese.. he loves people, and has always been a lap cat. if you have to get
up while he's on your lap, he'll always come back. he loves to be kissed. he
likes to be carried around, if he's on your lap and you only have to get up
for a moment, just hold him under your one arm and he's quite content. he is
a very bold cat and likes to check evryone who come into the house. his nick
name is 'bubba' as he is my guard dog.

they are very loyal cats. stinky is a protector. if he hears a strange
noise, someone at the door he doesn't know, he's up and growling. he always
greets you at the door.
it will take them about 6 months to adjust to a new home, with a good amount
of attention. if there's not enough attention they will cry very loud until
they feel secure. if you've had siamese, you know the sound.
i had them given to me when they were almost a year old, so i want to be
sure they don't get put in a home that will have to give them away again.
they are very sensitive. they are some of the friendliest siamese i have
ever met or owned.

the tabby's:
budrick is a beautiful orange tabby, with quite a personality. he was born
in feb.'93. he's very affectionate and quite a chatty little fellow. he
comletely understands tone of voice and will have little cat conversations
with you in english, or cat. sometimes he likes to talk back to you. he can
be a firey redhead at times, but is usually very affectionate and friendly.
he loves to be hugged & kissed, and will wrap both his arms around your neck
and snuggle with you for a while. he is a very bold cat and likes to snoop
around everywhere until he knows his space. he is not at all shy. i call him
'buddy' for short, or 'baby' as he was my first cat after living on my own
for a while.

theodore is all white with a patch of black on his forhead, like alfalfa
from 'the lil' rascals'. he has one blue eye and one green eye, but he is
not deaf in one ear, as are most all white cats with blue eyes. he was born
in march '93. he's a very shy cat, and very sweet. he likes to hide for a
while until he's comfortable. when he wants attention he'll tap you on the
arm or the knee. he loves to have his cheeks rubbed hard with knuckles. his
knickname is 'teddy' or 'teddybear' as he is so childlike.

they are very close to eachother and anything budrick does theodore will do
sooner or later. budrick protects theodore very closely. i want them to be
in a secure home that will not give them up as i had to leave them with my
aunt for 10 mths. they are very loyal and sensitive cats.

if you reqiure any further information, please contact me at
itybi...@sympatico.ca
i am leaving in mid october 2000 and would like to have them settled before
i go.
