My name is Kevin Tapply and I am a racing pigeon flyer from Denton Texas.
I fly DeKindt Janssens and Cowood-Verheye. Our Loft name is Tapply Family
Loft and we fly with the Denton Racing Pigeon Club a member of the 150
member North Texas Concourse.
I am always available for questions and advice if you are interested.
Ocasionally, we have a few youngsters for sale and select bredding pairs.

Hello from the west coast happy to find the newsgroup! Iam the current
president of the Western Roller Club,our club focuses on the show roller
and we have a great group of members. We would be happy to correspond with
any one interested in show rollers and will do our best to share any
information requested.We publish an informative quarterly bulletin and
have meetings and shows throuout the year. The breeding season is of and
running and many of our members are seeing some promise with their early
hatches. Hope all goes well for everyone in the hobby and good luck this
breeding season!

I saw on TV once that a guy painted his white hommers wings so they
looked like huge eyes. It supposedly kept the hawks away. Is it ok to
mark yoru pigeons durring races? or is that somehow unethical?

Hello Chris,
You didn't say where you are! I take it you must be someplace
warmer then Ohio because my birds are just starting to get a little
frisky. I raise bald head rollers. I haven't showed any in years but
I love to watch them fly and try to breed the best stock I can. How
about emailing me info about the bulletin. Good pigeon literature is
hard to come by now a days. This news group is a perfect place to
find out what everyone reads and where they get it! Thank you, Rick
