IME about two days from the first clicking noise. If you listen to
the egg, you'll hear little clicks which is the baby pecking with its
tooth to get out. The clicks start off very infrequent but towards
the end will go for maybe ten minutes then a pause then start again.
One or more of "your" eggs are probably clicking by now.
The time from when the first crack or hole appears varies a lot. It
depends on how thick the egg is and how determined the baby is. I've
had it happen so quickly that a baby just appeared, to over a day.
Unless the baby is in obvious distress, don't be tempted to "help" the
hatching. You could easily kill the baby in the process. None of
mine have ever got "stuck", but apparently they start calling for help.
The eggs tend to hatch two days apart just like they are laid.

It really depends on the bird species. Finches have a much shorter
incubation period then most parrots, his lovebird's egg should hatch
anywhere between 21 and 24 days of incubation.
