I have a 94 Winnebago Vectra with basement air. Haven't had any
problems with the basement air until last week. When I turn the air
on the fan comes on, but the unit doesn't get cool. Check circuit
breakers, seems okay. Any suggestions.

If the compressor is turning (you can tell by turning the thermostat
full cold and listening for a change in sound as the compressor
starts) then the most likely culprit is that you are low on freon.

You actually have a duel unit in your coach. In that box are 2 fans and 2
compressors. The first thing to check is that both fans are running. 1 fan
blows air thru the evaporator and into the coach and the other blows air
over the condenser and out under the coach.
Is there air blowing directly out under the unit? This fan will only come on
after the 2 min tine delay when it calls for cool.
If that lower fan is not running it will not cool even if the compressors
are running.
So both fans are running now are either of the compressors running? As dick
said you should be able to hear them start (again 2 min after the fans
start).
If you are comfortable with meter and know how to use it the next thing to
do is remove the small cover on the unit. It covers the main circuit board.
There will be live circuits in here if the coach has ac power so be careful.
There should be a schematic inside the cover. Look first for burnt or
charred wires or tracks on the circuit board. Sometimes the problem is
obvious. There are 2 ac circuits going into the unit (leg 1 and leg 2) see
if there is power on both legs.
If the compressors or one of the fans are not running you can see if there
is power going to them (from the circuit board) by reading the schematic and
checking the correct pins on the board.
I hope I have been some help
If you are not comfortable working with ac voltage take it to an rv dealer
!!!

Thanks for all your help. Problem turned out to be burned out resistor.
