Owen, again for your benefit I did not quote the entire interview, but
I have already indicated that.
Would this make you happy?:
Then in a Feb. 1 interview on CNN, Romney told Soledad O'Brien, "I'm
not concerned about the very poor there is already a safety net in
place for them."?
Would that adequately soothe your sensitivities?
What is sooooo very funny about this discussion is how it started with
a really disgusting tirade by Anthony ----- this one if you will
recall:
"If you look at whom liberals have elected over the years, I'm sure,
given the chance, those who frequent this newsgroup would certainly
have voted for the sister of a comedian. After all, they elected a
comedian (Al Franken), a clown (Barrack Obama), a witch (Nancy Pelosi)
a walking gaff machine (Joe Biden), a philanderer (Bill Clinton) and
an obvious space alien (Barney Frank. Who knows what language he
speaks). The list is almost endless. My mother used to tell me to
clean the weeds from my own garden before worrying about someone
else's. Maybe you liberals should try that. So, nothermark, Max, et
al. , show how smart you are by following up with your list of whom
you consider are conservative incompetents. You guys never have an
original thought so you may as well give your version of mine."
To which I replied with the "list" that Anthony requested. Here is
that "list" Anthony requested:
"Let's see, how about George W. Bush, you know, the shrub!
Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.): Remember how he told the local TV
interviewer that pregnancy from rape is "really rare," because "if
it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that
whole thing down."
Then try Mitt Romney: How bout his verbal communication with wealthy
donors ----- You know that 47 percent of Americans are
government-addicted moochers wasn't even a classic inadvertent gaffe:
He meant to say it, and even revisited the theme after he lost the
presidential race, griping that President Obama won re-election by
handing out "gifts" to young, minority, and female voters.
Then in a Feb. 1 interview on CNN, Romney told Soledad O'Brien, "I'm
not concerned about the very poor."
Richard Mourdock, yea the same Richard Mourdock that was set to take
over Richard Lugars seat in Indiana: Concerning a rape-abortion
question he replied, "I came to realize that life is that gift from
God. And, I think, even when life begins in that horrible situation of
rape, that it is something that God intended to happen."
How about tricky Dicky.....you know Richard Nixon????
I could go on but you get the idea. It ain't just the Democrats that
have folks running around with "shit for brains"."
With all of that and you folks want to pick a nit about a Romney
Quote???????
What gives with that?
Somehow, I think you need to get a better stick to hang your hat on.
Both political parties have plenty of boobs to go around. It ain't
just the Democrats that have the loose screws!!!!!
